By entering into business with JW Morley Transport Ltd, customers are considered to have accepted the Terms and Conditions under which we carry out our business.

These Terms & Conditions cover all business that we undertake for the Carriage of goods, the Storage of goods, and any Supplementary Fees or Charges that may, due to circumstance, be chargeable to customers.

Supplementary Fees & Charges

Any accepted quotation for Carriage or Storage is subject to Supplementary Fee and/or Charges given specific circumstances that beyond the control of JW Morley Transport Ltd.

JW Morley Transport Ltd will always endeavour to mitigate such charges for the benefit of the customer, however, this is not absolute, and circumstances may dictate that additional fees and/or charges will need to be levied against any quotation given to and accepted by the customer.

Supplementary Fees & Charges

Conditions of Storage

All products stored on behalf of the customer, by JW Morley Transport Ltd, are subject to the RHA Conditions of Storage 2021 (CoS), unless otherwise agreed in writing, prior to the commencement of any storage period.

JW Morley Transport DOES NOT provide any insurance coverage for loaded shipping containers stored on behalf of the customer, where the contents and either unknown, or where on-going access to the container(s) is required by the customer, during the storage period.

RHA Conditions of Storage

Conditions of Carriage

All Road Haulage business is conducted under the RHA Conditions of Carriage 2024 (CoC), unless otherwise agreed in writing, prior to the business being undertaken.

The CoC limits JW Morley Transport Ltd's liability for the Goods being carried to £1,300 per tonne.

If required, additional Insurance coverage can be arranged to meet a customers requirements.
It is the Customer responsibility to ensure suitable coverage with us, for their products.
